Shoulder of lamb expertly cut, rolled and tied by our Master Butcher and the team. The quality of our heritage breed British lamb reflects the close proximity in which it’s reared, which is less than 5 food miles. Shoulder of lamb is best browned in a pan before pot roasting slowly with stock and fresh herbs.
