Chateaubriand fillet steak


The Chateaubriand is expertly cut from the tenderloin (also known as the fillet mignon) by our Master Butcher and the team. This prized cut is perfect for a special occasion and its price is reflective of the fact that it only represents 2-3% of the whole beast, and of course, there is only two Chateaubriand per beast. Our beef is reared within 5 miles of our shop and 32 day dry-aged.
