Our mighty British 32 day dry-aged boneless rib-of-beef and prime pork is locally reared by our fabulous farmers. This superb rib-of-beef joint is cut from the fore-rib and boned, rolled and hand tied by our Master Butcher and the team before dry-ageing to the Perrys of Eccleshall 32-day standard. Our festive feasts don’t come much better than this! Apart from perhaps the 90 day maturated rib-of-beef!

Start, finish or simply snack on the British butcher’s staple handmade proper pork pie and superb selection of cheese and biscuits for a fine celebration to remember.
