Fillet steak


Fillet steak is cut from the lower middle of the back and 32 day dry-aged by our Master Butcher. Our grass fed heritage breed British beef is locally reared, with less than 5 food miles. Fillet steak is much leaner than other cuts and very little fat running through it. It can be cooked by griddling, grilling or pan-frying.
