Flatiron steak


The Flatiron steak is expertly cut from the shoulder of British beef by our Master Butcher and the team. The Flatiron steak is nicely marbled with lots of flavour. It is aptly named owing to it’s old fashioned metal flat iron shape. The Flatiron steak is best prepared with a little oil and salt or marinated and cooked in a pan or on a medium-hot preheated grill outdoors. Our heritage breed grass fed beef is locally reared, by our fabulous farmers, within 5 miles of our shop.
