French Trimmed Fore Rib of Beef


Our British, heritage breed beef is 32 day dry-aged by our Master Butcher. The beef rib is left on the bone, cut from the fore-rib and carefully French trimmed. This is nicely marbled, making it perfect for roasting.

Our beef is locally reared, with less than 5 food miles.
