The hanger steak is cut from our 32 day dry-aged locally reared grass fed British beef, by our master butcher and the team. Hanger steak is prized because there is only one steak per beast.
Hanger steak is tender and packed full of flavour, and when you properly marinate it it’s great cooked on the grill or broiled.
