Perrys’ Lamb Wellington


Our delicious locally reared lamb cannon (fillet) is paired with our choice pâté and own range mint sauce.  It is a fine sight to behold and a showstopper for the table! Made to a traditional recipe the lamb cannon is encased in our own recipe fabulously flaky pastry. This product is supplied ready to cook at home.
