Perrys’ Weekly Produce Picks – Beef


This pack of weekly produce picks includes a super selection of our fresh produce, reared on local farms within 5 miles of our Shop in Eccleshall. The focus in this weekly pack is on the prized Sunday roast joint of grass fed heritage breed British topside of beef. The topside of British beef is cut from the inner thigh, rolled and tied before it is 32 day dry-aged by our Master Butcher. The topside joint of beef is quite tender and lean so is best roasted in the over and carved into slices for serving.

500g of prime pork bacon
500g of prime pork handmade sausages
6 free-range farm eggs
4 Prime Pork chops
750g British lamb mince
750g British diced lamb
