Picanha beef joint


The Picanha joint is also known as the rump cap. It is a relatively small flat joint with a distinctive cap of buttery fat. This joint is best seared in a pan to create a golden crust of fat before popping in a roasting tin in the oven on a trivet of onion, carrot and celery with the beef joint fat side up. Our beef is reared within 5 miles of our shop and expertly prepared by our Master Butcher and the team, before dry-ageing for 32 days.
