Picanha steak


The Picanha steak is cut from the top of our locally reared beef rump by our Master Butcher and the team. The beauty of this steak is that is not only impressive but relatively cheaper than many other cuts. The triangular shaped cut is surrounded by a layer of fat called a flat cap and is 32 day dry-aged. This cut remains beautifully tender and juicy and produces amazing flavour when fried in a heavy pan or cooked on a very hot outdoor grill.
