Rib-eye steak


Rib-eye steak is cut from the eye of the fore rib. Our beef is 32 day dry-aged by our Master Butcher. Our grass fed heritage breed British beef is locally reared, with less than 5 food miles. Rib-eye steak has a little more fat than other cuts. Generally cooked for longer than other cuts, it creates a delicious flavour when the fat renders down.
