The short rib beef joint (also known as Jacob’s Ladder) is even layers of thick marbled meat and soft fat. Beef ribs typically have more meat than pork ribs and can be grilled, barbecued, roasted or slow cooked. Our heritage breed grass fed British beef is reared within 5 miles of our shop and expertly prepared by our Master Butcher and the team before dry-ageing for 32 days.
