T-Bone steak


The T-bone steak (also known as the Porterhouse steak) is a prime steak left on the bone to feature both the sirloin and the fillet. Perfect for a big feast and one of the most prized cuts to be expertly prepared. Our British beef is locally reared within 5 miles of our shop. The grass-fed heritage breed stock delivers optimum marbling and fat to create the depth of flavour when it is 32 day dry-aged by our Master Butcher.
