Topside joint of beef


Our heritage breed beef is 32 day dry-aged by our Master Butcher. The topside joint is cut from the inner thigh, rolled and tied. The topside British beef joint is quite tender and lean so is best roasted in the oven and carved into slices. Our beef is locally reared, with less than 5 food miles.
