Tritip beef joint


The Tritip joint is expertly cut from the bottom sirloin subprimal by our Master Butcher and the team. This joint is best seared in a pan to create a golden crust of fat before popping in a roasting tin in the oven on a trivet of onion, carrot and celery with the beef joint fat side up. The tritip beef joint is also great for smoking or slow cooking on the BBQ. Our heritage breed grass fed beef is reared within 5 miles of our shop.
