Matt Dutton


Matt Dutton (BASC), who started into the country sports life from an early age at progressed from ferreting to shooting. Then he started working as an undertaker on a shooting estate in Shropshire before moving to Hampshire as a Beat Keeper on a larger commercial shooting estate.
After several years there he changed industries and worked as a Forester for a few years. He then went back into Game Keeping and Game Keeping Lecturing at Rodbaston College, Penkridge, Staffordshire for 5 years.
Matt then moved to BASC (British Association of Shooting and Conservation) 6 years ago and now works as the Regional Officer for BASC covering Staffordshire, Shropshire, Derbyshire and the West Midlands.
Shooting is a large part of his life and he is out as often as he can be, whether it be shooting ducks, ferreting rabbits, stalking deer, decoying pigeons or working his dogs.
It is a life Matt is fully immersed in!!!
