A professional cook for more than 23 years, Will Dean has headed up catering teams across the region at many prestigious and award-winning venues.
Will’s passion for cooking was sparked by his mother and he found it a lucrative way to earn extra cash as a teenager before he followed his vocation and studied catering at Birmingham. Armed with all his learning he took a job as commis chef to develop his practice before moving on to Bistro Le Coq in Stowe by Chartley.
To further improve his skills, he moved to the southwest of England where he had the privilege of catering exclusive weddings at a 5-Star venue in the county of Somerset.
Will enjoys cooking a wide range of sweet and savoury dishes from all world cultures, and favours locally sourced ingredients. He looks forward to sharing all his passion and knowledge and experiences with you on his courses.
