Our English short back bacon is cut from the belly of locally reared prime British free-range pork, with less than 5 food miles. Our award-winning dry-cured bacon scored 100% for taste, texture and appearance at the English Winter Fair, received a two star Great Taste Award from the Guild of Fine Food in 2023 and 2024 and a Gold Award from National Craft Butchers.
